Document Rejection: If your documents are rejected and you choose not to re-submit, a refund may be issued after deducting nominal processing fees.
Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate transactions, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided once services are activated after successful verification.

Process

Refund Process

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment only.
Disputes: Any chargeback or dispute must be raised with our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
