Acceptance of Terms

By submitting identification documents and initiating payment, you agree to comply with our KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) policies, as well as the terms of our third-party payment provider.

Document Verification Process

• Accuracy: You guarantee that all provided documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST, Bank Proof) are authentic, accurate, and current.
• Verification Period: Document verification may take up to 2–5 working days. Additional documents may be requested.
• Rejection: Documents may be rejected if blurry, expired, mismatched, or fraudulent. This may lead to account suspension.

Payment Gateway Terms

• Authorized Use: You must use payment methods legally owned or authorized by you.
• Failed / Delayed Payments: We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
• Liability: We use secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways, but are not liable for unauthorized transactions beyond our control.
